Asian Development Bank Japan Scholarship Program Funded by the Government of Japan
"Shaping Future Leaders In Asia And The Pacific"
Qualified citizens of developing member countries of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), who intend to pursue postgraduate studies in economics, management, science and technology, and other development- related fields, are invited to apply for scholarships under the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program.
Upon successful completion of the graduate program, the scholars are expected to return to their countries and contribute to its socioeconomic development. Scholar-ships are awarded for graduate studies at designated institutions in courses of study approved by ADB. The Program especially welcomes qualified women applicants who have limited financial means to obtain university education. The Scholarships Level of Education: postgraduate (diploma, masters, and doctorate degrees) Duration: from 1 to 2 years Coverage: tuition fees, books, subsistence and housing allowance, insurance, economy airfare, and research subsidy

International High School Student Scholarships fot International Student
Every semester, TUJ awards academic merit scholarships to talented graduates of international high schools providing English-based education in Japan. Students whose academic achievements indicate they are well prepared to excel at TUJ are encouraged to apply. Students may apply for a scholarship within one year of their high school graduation.
Scholarships are awarded for eight semesters. To continue receiving the scholarship, students must be enrolled in classes full-time, make progress toward degree completion within the Temple University system, and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Students may use their scholarships at any of Temple University's campuses around the world after they have completed four semesters at TUJ. Scholarships Available Students with the most competitive backgrounds will more likely be selected for larger awards. Dean's Scholar Award: ¥1,200,000 (¥150,000 for eight semesters) Requirements: * 3.5 GPA AND one of the test scores below: * SAT: 550 Critical Reading / 550 Math * ACT: 24 * TOEFL: PBT 550 / CBT 213 / iBT 79 * IELTS: 6.0
College Scholar
Award: ¥800,000 (¥100,000 for eight semesters) Requirements:

Scholarship applications are assessed against the eligibility criteria and the minimum requirements of each scholarship. Applicants nominated as a Dean's Scholar candidate will receive a written notification for an interview. The scholarship interview will be conducted in person at TUJ or by telephone, if necessary. All applicants will receive a written notification of the results of their scholarship application.
