The fellows are researching ideas that will further individual liberty - ideas such as the influence of historical events upon contemporary laws, how individuals respond to government restrictions, and potential new institutions and approaches that maximize freedom of action.
To be eligible for the fellowship, you must be an undergraduate in your junior or senior year or a graduate student pursuing a degree in any subject at any university full-time during the 2010-2011 academic year. Citizens of all countries are eligible to apply.
